5 Spinach Recipes for a Vegan Thanksgiving
For those new to the veggie lifestyle, Thanksgiving can be a daunting holiday. For us, it’s an excuse to indulge in two of our favorite things: eating and spinach!
You may have guessed, but this year (and well, every year) we’re thankful for spinach, and we’re big fans for more than one reason. Spinach is a superfood for the body inside and out, meaning it is nutrient-dense in vitamins, protein, iron, and minerals. It’s been proven to lower blood pressure, promote regularity, improve bone health, and promote healthy skin and hair from the inside out! Thanksgiving is the perfect opportunity to get creative with your favorite leafy green while eating with friends and family.
We’ve put together some tried and true recipes from our favorite food blogs to bring some spinach greens into every course of your (vegan) Turkey Day!
